Storage

After delivery, keep the dried meat refrigerated at no more than 4 °C. If you are not going to eat it within a few days, we recommend freezing it.

Note on weight

Because of the natural drying and aging process, the actual weight may differ slightly from the stated weight.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FM Group Ferhatović & Mehić GmbH, Braunhirschengasse 12-20/1, 1150 Vienna, Austria, tel.: +436767025123, email: office@ferhatovic.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
